Another question of great importance is what type of schedule you would have full use of the timeshare. You are much better served in finding out what times during the year that you would be able to use the timeshare and if any of the times would be during a desirable time. There is no use in putting your investment money into a timeshare that you can never have had a good time. The date which reservations must be made is always a good thing to know. Find out from the broker what would be the earliest that the reservations should be made for use of the timeshare. You should also inquire as to whether there would be any type of extra benefits which come with owning the timeshare. Some timeshares come with other benefits such as night club passes or admittance to private golf resorts. Also some timeshares have a bonus week program that you may want to check into. With these questions on a checklist it will be possible for you to make an informed decision when speaking to a broker about your next timeshare purchase.
